Enchanter 115 primary CC - Enchanter focussed as CC, but does dps as long as mana > 50%

Main purpose: keep the crowd under control
will strip beneficial buffs from mobs
will debuff mobs
will throw runes to help the healer
will dps as long as mana > 50%
