Other - Elemental Fury Mage Pet Spell on Laz with KA

Good Day Folks,

Wanted to share a quirk I had with my Mage on Laz while using KA. For some reason I could not get Elemental Fury to scribe on my gems or cast on my pet.
So I rocked along several months using Ancient: Burnout Blaze.
Took a break for a couple months, and started back a week ago or so...

I decided to try some different things out and when I used lower case: elemental fury versus Elemental Fury, the spell will scribe and cast.

I have no idea why this is, and it makes no sense to me, but I thought I would share in case anyone else had this happen to them.
It very well could be a Laz thing or just EMU in general, not sure. I figured I'd post here vs in KA section as it seems mostly related to EMU.

Some emus edit their spells to be different, is lazy doing that in this case?

Laz edits ALOT of spells generally a good thing for the server... They have custom spell files.

Make sure you are pulling the most up-to-date version of the spell files from the Lazarus Discord. Usually fixes most issues when using RG VV. There have been some updates recently on their end.

100% agree, that's usually my first suggestion when someone asks in /ooc. Discord is good w/ patch notes to help remind to re-download the spell file too (and dbstr).
