First off, I know I submitted this before but then, I wasn't exactly clear on the tactics. So, here's my revised guide!!!
First, if you have a druid friend or 2 computers that happens to have a druid on it, get them to come with you and go to level 5 on which ever shroud you want to level up.
NOTE: The druid must be atleast level 55 (this works best because of ds).
Now, go to Paludal Caverns, go in through Shadeweaver's Thicket. Skip the beetles in the tunnel for now and park the druid on the ledge to the left when you exit the tunnel.
Have the druid put Skin Like Nature, Chloroplast and Shield of Spikes (or whichever ds they have). Make sure you put on Wildspeed or the druid can use Shrew on you.
Now, just run around the lake attacking everything. Using kick or spells (like maul for the bear or mana bolt for the casters) to do atleast 1 damage to each mob. Once you get a good amount of mobs, run back to the druid. Fight infront of him/her and put on auto-attack. Just heal with the druid when you get to about 15% or so and refresh buffs as needed.
Rinse and repeat the process of pulling and killing and in 1 hour, you'll probably get around 20-30% meaning it should only take you about 5 or less hours to get a your second shroud. Who doesn't have that time?
Now, something else every may or may not have figured out is shrouds are harder to level up after you pass the first one...if you use shrouds that is.
So eventually, it will take more time to level up your shrouds. If you don't want to stick with the beetles and shrooms around the lake, you can move through the tunnels, beware though, fungal fiends will begin to appear a little farther in the tunnels. Only pull them if you feel up to the challenge, they will give you more xp per kill than the beetles and shrooms but think of it this way, you can only pull a few at a time unless you really want to die!
My advice is to stick to the beetles and what not around the lake and hey, bring a friend or two to get some xp with you!!
