Drag Corpse and Looting

Not sure if others will find this practical but it is somewhat convinient for me at times. When you die you can loot all your items and still have a corpse to rez if you use the /corpsedrag command before you loot. It has helped me in the past when I died multiple times in a raid and didn't want to keep leaving items in each corpse.

This is an EQ feature, any unrezzed corpses will stay even if all items are looted )

Wow, now i feel like I invented the Internet. When did this change btw? I am almost sure it wasn't always this way. Thanks for the correction though.

changed a few patches ago. too many people were accidently looting their entire corpse w/o rezzes and complaining about the xp loss. that and people forgot which bag they put clickies in to help them get thru a mission and they didnt want to leave 1 bag on the corpse cause it might be the bag they needed.

SoE has to make the game easier with each expansion so they can bring in the money from players that don't have half a mind to learn how to play with the old EQ rules

Corpse also doesn't poof from druid/shaman res.

This is way old news I had to revamp my vxed macro with this gay little feature. It's nice for legit players I guess, I personally can't stand it... It leaves too much evidence behind that you've been dieing in one area, so if you afk mac you gotta have a rez bot :P

Get expediant recovery by becoming a Guide for a month. poof, all your corpses can be delt with!

(or at least that's what i did. plus it's purdy to make corpse spirals, haha...)

I had my main transferred to a new account so I could PL my alts.. I wonder if I could petition and get all the veteran stuff? He was created in 99.

When you transfer a character from an old account to a new one, does the /played feature still work?
