Question - Does kiss check for promised heals already on target ?

Does kiss check for promised heals already on the target ? If not, something like healx=Promised Heal|90 might just reset the promised timer without ever healing.

Yes it does. Kiss uses like a 20 second timer. Once you cast promised it will not cast ti again on the same target for another 20 secs.

That still allows reseting promised heals from others tough, wouldn't int.

Correct. It does not check the targets buffs for the promised heal buff.

I am not sure why you would have multiple clerics casting promised line though. 2nd cleric could that slot for a much better heal.

True. In my team the only possible conflict would be the promised pet heals.

just throwing out there that it might be a nice feature to have kiss not overwrite hots unless there is x seconds remaining. maybe? i don't know. my shm overwrites the group hot a lot (because of how i have it set) and it seems a wasteful use of casting time.
