Is there a way using TLO's to determine if a PC or NPC has a specific buff? That is to say, can I pass an argument to ${Target} like ${Target[MainTank]} and use the buffs submember to check if a buff is present?

Target the toon, slot 1 through 80

Rich (BB code):
${Target.Buff[1].Name}

Yeah, found that one. Re-reading my initial post, I've realized I should stop posting late at night--what I'd like is a TLO for a downshit that would cast a buff on a PC if that PC doesn't have that buff. This would require multiple chained downshits, but I don't think I can create a conditional chain that self-satisfies like "if target isn't X and targetbuffed=false, target X; if target is X and target does not have buff Y, then cast buff Y and set targetbuffed=true" because no matter what, somewhere, I will need a downshit that rechecks for that buff (i.e. sets targetbuffed=false) and that downshit is going to fire all the time.

at this point it's pretty moot i suppose, this was all in an effort to keep the mage super-DS up at all times since it's such a huge dps increase but the VOA version has like 48 charges so vOv fuck it, I'll just use KissAssist~
