Idea - Dangerzone - interrupt character [suggestion]

Hopefully I'm not driving you all crazy yet.

I've come across a few occasions now where characters would die or the whole group would wipe that seemed recoverable to me.
--My guess is this rarer at higher levels as most buffs become group and most DPS spells become quicker cast & healers get more heals (I'm tempted to swap in a ranger bot for the 1sec heal on 30sec cooldown)

1} On a few occasions characters will die when the Druid[healer] is in dps mode.
The Druid nukes are long cast time, and the heals are medium cast time. What happens is: Druid starts casting 6.8sec nuke, a squishy will start taking damage, Druid finish casting nuke. Then the druid will either cast another DPS spell (don't know why this happens), or if lucky start casting heal spell which takes 3.8sec to cast. When this happens, 10 seconds can go by between when the squishy starts taking damage till it gets a heal from the druid.
--I've worked around this by having my druid do a lot of nothing for most of combat (doesn't nuke at all) & always has the most mana when grinding. I've also increased the DPS interval so it doesn't chain cast in DPS

2} One time my paladin[tank] was in 'buff mode' dropping symbols and shields on everyone when the mage got aggro in camp. The paladin kept on buffing, no one else in the group would react, no assists since the tank didn't have a target, no heals from the beastlord or druid (don't know why). I watched, paladin kept buffing, mage kept dieing, felt like an eternity! :D


My idea is for there to be a health check when buffing or dps'ing. With maybe a health threshold determined by a 'Dangerzone' flag. Anytime a character in the group drops below that threshold & if the bot is in the DPS or Buff routine, it will interrupt cast and goto the healing routine.
 
If the toon has heal and dps on. Kiss checks health before it casts any DPS spell.
