Question: Is Therr a Syntax that will show or display if you have the plugin for any CWTN Plugins but you currently dont have the license due to it expiring? wanting to add it to my HUD window if possible

no, there is nothing like that

from the faq - you can check on RG when your license expires - but we don't pull anything like that into the game.
