Question - CWTN and mercenaries

Will the CWTN plugins buff and interact with in game mercs? For instance if I run CWTN shaman and hire an in game mercenary tank, will the CWTN shaman buff and heal the merc tank? Thanks.

No, not other than coincidental group buffs.

The game doesn't provide information on that the same way you have for yourself or for your pet.

Would recommend using a real toon (even if f2p) instead. Mercs aren't super grea
