Question - current fast level 85-95

what is the current fast route to take a 85 to 95 at least.. i have a crew used to use open world but hoping for a a ha or something like that

On my server most of HOT is pretty dead, set my 6 box to go in HoT and i'll move into courtyard about 87-88.

Shame i cant figure out how to have kissassist running and do the quests for killing the snakes/rotdogs and have them handing in also!
