Question - Cure MT when mezzed

this has been sort of driving me nuts, trying to get my clr to cast Radiant Cure when the MA or Tank has been mezzed. Anyone have a good Cure section for a CLR?

I've tried different iterations of this but neither are working for me. Anyone have any success with curing mezzed tanks?
I have only had success when the clr has a dot and casts radiant cure but not targeted cures on the MA.

CuresOn=1
Cures1=Radiant Cure|MA
Cures2=NULL
Cures3=NULL

or

CuresOn=1
Cures1=Radiant Cure
Cures2=NULL

i use a downshit

downshit3=/if (${Target.Mezzed.ID} && ${Target.Type.Equal[PC]} && ${Me.AltAbilityReady[Purify Soul]}) /alt act 41

put that in your clerics melee ini.
