"crashpad error" sounds (with magic guessing skills) a whole lot like the permission warnings people are getting. (Folks have said the exact same thing here and here)
And "autologin not working" type problems are what most folks are reporting when in fact, MQ isn't able to inject. And if it was autologin and not MQ, it would be in the autologin thread, but to >me< based on the context and stuff I mentioned, instead I merged it to the permission thread.
Saying "I saw the other discussion about permissions and have checked those and this isn't related" would have helped too. Many folks just make their own brand new thread, don't look at...
Just did the update. Still goes into a small windowed mode then crashes when it gets to the EULA screen. If i turn off everything and just log into EQ it allows me to but as soon as I run MQ it freezes. Also nothing happens when I click the open MQ files folder button. Getting no errors show up.
It’s like it’s declining the EULA on me.

So sometimes I get a move/merge wrong, sorry about that
I merged to that thread so you could see the debugging steps at the first post.
Did you do those? Turning on debugging and see what MQ says? If not, do that and
Please provide:
- crash id
- actual error messages
- debug output
So everything is a guess to help you.
If you haven't disabled the new eq UI engine, I would start there, that thing is problematic at best.

Another thing I noticed was when I usually auto log in I get 2 extra windows pop up. The bar along top and Lua window. This doesn’t happen anymore either. Will get some better info and keep you posted.

that is a very extreme response to what can almost certainly be fixed up with checking a few things like mentioned before.Im thinking its a PC problem. I just pulled out my old laptop and it all loaded as normal. Will try uninstalling windows updates (this is off now) and see. Failing that, wipe and reinstall..
Had to restore PC. i did have an old version of EQ and MQ on external HDD. reinstalled and all running ok. Im probably missing something very basic here but only 1 toon is showing up in EQCBS. If I go on their screens I can get them to do things like /mac kissassist etc, but cannot control from my main. /bct name //do####
