Question - Condition Question

I would like for KA to cast Talisman of Panther on the MA but only if the buff is not currently on the MA. Then move. To the next spell . This would be under DPS on the INI.

What would the condition for this be ? Iv looked up info but couldn't find anything for conditions like this .

I would first add the MA tag to your Talisman of the Panther entry so that only the MA is checked for the buff:
DPS1=Talisman of the Panther|99|MA|Cond1

and then in your conditions:
Cond1=!${Target.Buff[Talisman of the Panther].ID}

The ! in a condition means "is not currently true".
