Question - Condition Help - Trigger when only fighting 1 mob

Could anyone help me with the correct writing of condition 1?

DPS1=Cohort's Exarch Breastplate|98|Cond1
Cond1=trigger anytime its ready & you are fighting only 1 mob. (Don't trigger if fighting more than 1 since it breaks mez)

KA's [AE] also has a built in single mob only check, designed for rain type AE spells, but it works for stuff like this.
