I saw someone looking for boxing tips, without ISBoxer. I thought I'd start a discussion on boxing without MQ for those who want to clean box their legacy accounts.

a) I've seen mention of people putting their melee characters on autofollow and then just run past the mob slightly. The autofollow people just follow you to the mob and you leave their attack on. If you just pass the mob, the mob will face you (if you are tanking) and the autofollow people can it them from behind.

b) Group call of the hero is great for those frustrated with auto follow. Just double invis your mage there solo and group call of the hero when they get there

c) USB repeater hubs lets you broadcast your commands to multiple computers from a single keyboard. While not cheap to go that route, it basically does the same thing ISBoxer does, repeating keyboard commands to multiple computers but on a hardware level, completely 3rd part software free. Good for truebox servers.

d) Repeating keyboard's are great for a smash button setup. Just hit the repeat button and the smash key can repeatedly assist and nuke. I wouldn't repeatedly send a pet because it spams when it engages

That means you can use a strat for either caster or melee. If anyone else has tips, I'd love to hear them.

Disclaimer: I may or may not know what I'm talking about. Test it yourself first.

use VPNs to prevent trueboxing yourself. This allows you to set up AHK to mash a /assist /attack on hotkey.
use numpads connected to the laptops
you can use a box laptop for EQLP/GINA triggers to track a lot of cds that you dont want taking up space.
a software kvm like multiplicity or input director is really nice for when you need to pilot boxes well, or for broadcasting certain commands.
