Question - Commands supported by MQ2? (1 Viewer)

I'm looking everywhere, but is there a list of all the commands I can use to tell my group what to do? I.E I want to move my group behind my target and auto attack. or get my healer to cast heal. I tried /stick but get a parse error. All the videos tend to use //stick If there was a list of usable commands, that would help me a ton to make basic macros

The stick command can accept additional parameters like what distance to maintain, UW for water zones so the camera angle follows the target and behind to tell toons to get behind the mob.

Have you tried the KissAssist macro included with your RedGuides Vanilla download? That is designed to automate any class for almost any role. It will have melee engage, a tank try to hold aggro, a healer heal, nukers nuke and pet classes send their pets in and such.

This is the start command, you type it once for each toon's screen:

/mac kissassist

Run it once on each toon and it will make a blank default ini for each toon in your /Macros folder. Then stop and head over to the compiled ini list and look for premade ini files for each of your classes. That will speed things up instead of learning what all the setting do first. You copy/paste those ini files into your toon's ini files, replacing everything, in the /Macros folder.

Once you've updated each one, do the start command (as above) again and it will read and use the new ini's you copy/pasted. Make sure you have one toon set as Role=Puller or Role=PullerTank if you want the toons to auto-pull to camp. The rest can be Role=Assist including healers and Role=Tank for your tank class. If you're using a pet tank or such, read up on those roles in the settings link.

All I'm looking for with my box toons is that the Druid heals, the bard melee dps with songs added, and the mage cast spells. dont care too much about anything else.

These look like extremely old .ini's. If kiss found them, they'd have been updated to 10.2.6

My guess is that kissassist isn't detecting them.

Are you sure you placed them in the correct folder? They should be in Release/Macros

They are in Release, just not in /Macros. do they need to be? i'll move them and take a look. Edit! I moved them to the /Macro folder. Ran Kissassist again. It created the ini files back in the /release folder and nothing changed. I used the ini files from the link you gave me, edited spells around. touched nothing else.

That's very strange. My guess is that you're confusing the .ini files in the release folder for kissassist ini files. They are always created in the macros folder.

Delete the .ini files and start over. Rather than copying and pasting .ini files you find here, edit them after they're created by kissassist. If you have issues, paste them here.

I found the mistake. I was using the ini files not the kissassist ini files. once i copied it all to them, it worked like a charm. now to get the tank to stop casting taunt in the middle of a pull.
