Maybe I'm setup wrong on my lower level group but I want my shaman to rez with his 90% rez automatically for when I afk but he casts it while he is in combat! and the spell doesn't work while you're in combat! I haven't had this issue in other groups because I always use a cleric.

I think if the option combatrez=0 were added then your healer could wait till they're out of combat to cast a 20 second (15.8 second with haste) spell that doesn't fire.
Even better would be something like this

CombatRezWith=Call of the Wild
Call of the wild is reasonably fast cast and I wouldnt get stuck with my shaman not doing anything for 15 seconds which then causes the tank to die but I want to keep the experience on my dumb ass boxes
