Problem - Cobalt Scar Water

While camping the named shark under the ice in Cobalt Scar, I noticed my characters continuously swim up to the ice and get stuck, and never come back down. What can I do to ensure they return to the sea floor where my camp is set up?

Does the page down button help keep you on the ground floor?

Yes, if I manually hit the pagedown button I will go to the floor.

Well I went and found some heavy rocks, but it didnt help....

Removing levitate usually remedies this issue, when your under water. You "should" just hover at whatever hight you stop moving in the water.
