Request - Clicking an item on cooldown

I'm looking for a way to click an item each time it cools down. More specifically, I'm trying to click my rogue's legs every 15 minutes (similar to a downshit that keeps a haste clicky buff up) to summon the Bite of the Shissar poison and /autoinventory. Is anyone able to point me in the right direction for this?

if you are using KA then you can put it in buffs section:
Buffs1=Castaway Leggings of the Assassin|Summon|Consigned Bite of the Shissar XVIII|20

if not u will need a holy/down for mq2melee, you can do a search for consigned will probably find it.

This is what I use and it seems to constantly summon when the leggings are on cooldown you might want to add a limit if you dont have adequate bag space. I dont use my rogue to loot anything except chase if they are to win to roll.
