Problem - Cleric stuck in buff loop

Hi all, I'm very new to MQ2, setting up my first group. I have a cleric I'm having trouble with. I'm using the lvl 85 KA .ini file from the library, he gets stuck in a loop, memorizing and forgetting the same two spells, Providence and Circle of Divinity. He'll memorize the Myspells spellset, and he'll heal when needed, but when idle he'll cycle through memorizing and forgetting those two spells - not casting them. Is that normal?

you have 2 auras in your buff section - do you have the AA "Spirit Mastery" that allows you to have more than 1 aura at a time?
 
The culprit here is the long initial recast timer on Providence. Providence isn't a buff you keep up all the time. Its recast timer is significantly longer than its duration, so it's used situationally not as a general buff. I would deal with this by simply removing it from your buff lineup if it's not going to be kept in your spell lineup all the time.

That said, the chain memming and unmemming of a longer recast spell is dealt with by MiscGemLW
I'm not that familiar with it, though, so unfortunately all I can do is point you in the right direction otherwise.

Here's the relevant section in the KA manual.
 
Spells that take a long time to refresh between casts, should be memed in a spell gem at all times or use the MiscGemLW option, as mentioned by @Avian.
