Question - Cleric keeps casting unified hand of surety

Something is causing my cleric to keep buffing unified hand of surety. I have it blocked on my pet list because I think the pet may be too low level for it to land? I did that trying to keep the cleric from casting it so often, but to no avail.

Anyone else run into this and have a fix?

I'm not seeing any stacking error messages when he casts it.

It appears I just fixed it by adding this: |Dual|Surety that I saw from another ini.

Can someone tell me what that tell KA so it sees the buff as active?

Buffs4=Unified Hand of Surety|Dual|Surety

Unified Hand of Surety is the Buff to Cast and Surety is the buff to check for.
