I'm getting this crash constantly on my cleric. I tried remaking my ini and ended up with it happening again. Can anyone help me diagnose the problem?

The problem may not even be in KissAssist, but if it is it usually is related to Conditions. Turn on Conditions but then assign them to TRUE or to FALSE to eliminate them. You can comment out your existing conditions with a semicolon so you don't lose them.

But if the problem is with another plugin or module you'll need to /plugin list and unload them one at a time until you find the culprit. Usually you'll find something else misconfigured.

That was a mistake, I turned them off to test if the macro was still crashing shortly before making this post

I only have 9 spell gems atm. How would I be getting that error?

When starting the macro, you are getting warnings telling you to "XTarget ## is assigned as Auto Hater. You may want to fix this when using the ALL tag." Change XTarHealList=all to the Xtarget entries you want healed or turn off XTarHeal.
