TURE
Pull Ture from his spawn point, and into the corner opposite his room, Ture is to be cornered to avoid repostes.

The cleric's, shaman's, druid's, all stand in the jail to avoid Ture's AE dispell.

The AoE's..
Ture casts 4 AoE's

~Stone Breath

1: Stun(3.00 sec)
2: Decrease Hitpoints by 500
3: Cancel Magic(9)
Resist: Chromatic (-200)

-This is the AE's Cleric's, Druid's, and Shaman's want to avoid by hiding in the jail cell.

~Swamp Breath

1: Decrease HP when cast by 200
2: Decrease Hitpoints by 300 per tick
3: Increase Poison Counter by 18
Resist: Poison (-300)

-This is an AE that you can avoid by again, Hiding in the jail cell.

~Thunder Breath

1: Decrease Hitpoints by 1500
2: Cancel Magic(9)
3: Cancel Magic(9)
Resist: Magic (-250)

-This is an AE you can avoid by again.. Hiding in the jail cell.

~Wanton Destruction

1: Decrease HP when cast by 4000
2: Decrease Mana Pool by 1000
3: Decrease Hitpoints by 500 per tick
4: Increase Curse Counter by 36
5: Decrease ATK by 500
6: Decrease AC by 60
7: Decrease Mana by 100 per tick
Resist: Magic (-300)

-This AE you CANNOT avoid, It is a nasty DD/DoT that can be cured using RGC (Put a Shaman or Druid on cure duty)

The Fight

Ture flurries and can hit up to 4,000... 2,500-3,000 being average.
Once Ture is pulled and cornered send in all your DPS, Through-out the fight Ture will signal you that he's about to send off a NASTY AE rampage by using an emote " Ture roars with fury as it surveys its attackers. " Once you see this emote you have 3 seconds to back off before ture emotes " Ture's eyes roll into its head as it goes into a frenzy. " When he is done he will emote "Ture calms and regains its focus"..

I HAVE INCLUDED A MACRO TO HELP YOU DEAL WITH THIS.

Ture is very easy, Rinse Repeat until dead.. Loot's GALORE!!

Rich (BB code):
#Event TureRamp "#*#Ture roars with fury as it surveys its attackers#*#"
#Event TureOff "#*#Ture calms and regains its focus#*#"

|Ture.mac -Devlin
|This Macro will announce to you and the raid you're in what emotes are going off and what to do

Sub Main
:loop
 /doevents
/goto :loop

-------------------------------------
Ture Rampage ON
-------------------------------------
Sub Event_TureRamp
/rs BACK OFF FROM TURE, RAMPAGE INCOMING!
	/popup BACK OFF!
        /attack off
/return

-------------------------------------
Ture Rampage OFF
-------------------------------------
Sub Event_TureOff
/rs RAMPAGE IS OFF, GET BACK IN THERE!
        /popup GOGOGO!!
/return

Enjoy, Redcent's appreciated.

Nice shit except for the fact that int casters can avoid all the AEs but Wanton Destruction if you go by this picture.

Tank Ture at the red dot, clerics at the pink dots depending on their heal range, int casters on the white line. The 3 small AEs aren't anything serious but if you just want to be lazy and avoid the dispell it's nice.

"Roars with furry"? :)
Furry:
fur·ry
adj. fur·ri·er, fur·ri·est
  1. Consisting of or similar to fur.
    1. Covered with, wearing, or trimmed with fur.
    2. Covered with a furlike substance.
  2. Having a furlike quality, as in tone; fuzzy: a furry voice.

Maybe it should be this instead:
Fury:
fu·ry
n. pl. fu·ries
  1. Violent anger; rage. See Synonyms at anger.
  2. Violent, uncontrolled action; turbulence.
  3. Furies Greek & Roman Mythology. The three terrible winged goddesses with serpentine hair, Alecto, Megaera, and Tisiphone, who pursue and punish doers of unavenged crimes.
  4. A woman regarded as angry or spiteful.

A little tip when working with events like this..
Cut'n'paste the exact text from your logs instead of typing them from what you read ;) That way you avoid typos and the issue with some events having doublespaces, but only one space are seen when looking at it in EQ. :)

Ofcourse, it might be that it's the EQ devs that made the typo, we've all seen that before, merely pointing it out just in case :)

Yes. You only need 3 good groups for KTH, Ture and Hanvar.

And btw it is: Ture's eyes roll into its head as it goes into a frenzy. My logs show this message appearing 3 seconds after the first emote...every time.

Fixed the typo, It was 4am when I wrote this.

;)

i was correcting cocofish , not you devlin. you did a fine job. you should have the warning as an event, if you had the instant AE emote as the event youd be dead by the time you would attempt to move out

What was I wrong about? Before editing it, Devlin's "Ture's eyes roll into its head as it goes into a frenzy" was "Ture's eyes roll into his head as it goes into a frenzy"

And he mentioned there was 7 seconds to back up. I corrected him on this.

This is a fantastic and simple macro that has helped save my butt many times!!

I am new to macros and was attempting to include a feature from ADVTASKRUNNER, one that automatically runs me out of AE RAMP range (y1, x1, z1), but have been failing and scrapped what I had. I could add a /warp loc (y1, x1, z1) line, but don't feel that it is smart to do that during a raid.

How can I include running to a location (y1,x1,z1) when the emote goes off, and running back to the engage location (y2, x2, z2) when the "all clear" emote is sounded?

Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you in advance!!

In the event that is called from the emote, add something like:
/moveto loc Y X
Where Y X should be obvious ;)

Requires MQ2MoveUtils
