Well, since cannibalization could kill my shaman when he is not fully buffed (typically in CR situation), I would like to set up a condition that checks if he has more HPs then what cannibalization would take and needs mana...and then would use cannibalization. If HPs are too low the shammy gets stuck in casting cannibalization and not medding and the entire team waits for him….

However, there isn't such thing as HPs, at least not in this formát. Could I get some help? Unfortunately I couldn't find anything crazy like this on the forums. Your toons must not suck as bad as mine :)
 
Good to learn the conditions. Buffs also has some mana, endurance and health stuff built in, plus any |mana call will fire during downtime or during combat. So you can use canni or modrods during a fight without making a DPS entry too.

If you want to check health too, you'd add two entries, first for mana % and second for the safety health % you want to stay above. This was one I had on my shammy when their gear HP sucked.

Thank you. This is also helpful...I was wondering why there are two percentages, now I understand. In this case, for the shammy 100% HPs mean only 140k hps unbuffed, so cannibalize would not fire...that's why I needed to read his full HPs to make sure he is buffed and cannibalize doesn't keep trying to fire and fail…and stay in that cycle for a long time.
