Strategy - Cheap twinking with Loyalty food

You can buy food and drink with hp and mana regen and other nice stats.

Best part one drink and one food only costs 4 loyalty each.

So you can buy one of each and then just forcefeed yourself with Iron rations and Water Flasks, or use the handy MQ2Feedme plugin (available as part of Vanilla compile here on RG).

It makes the early levels even easier than they already are in conjunction with the healing potions from Alchemist Redsa

Don't forget to have your shaman mule make some skinspikes as well.

I've always been a fan of the freebie /claim mounts and summoned food from a Picnic basket. Some people don't have the free mounts though.

It pops into the /market for around 200 station cash sometimes. The food is not NODROP though and people are quick to give it away. I mail some to people on Xegony all the time.

right now you can stock up on food twinks from the halloween vendors. There is one in CR where you orign.
