Problem - Chat unavailable

Is anyone else having a problem with chat.
I am still getting this message, and have been since the chat maintenance.

I am thinking maybe I have too many guys, and they think I am DDoSing the chat system.

The message I get is
The Universal Chat service is temporarily unavailable. ...

How do you solve this?

eq has been having this off and on for a while. sometimes server specific related to connecting to the "universal" chat

not sure there is anything you can do individually

Yeah the universal chat has been up and down. Nothing you can really do about it. It's all server side stuff.
