Question - Characters following

When I click the follow me button all my toons follow close by my zeroed stays further away causing him to not attack with the group. Any ideas?

Don't use follow me while trying to fight. If the goal is to roam around as a group, use /chaseassist on, otherwise click off follow me when it's time to fight.
