Problem - Character Stuck in Med Loop When Mana is Capped < 100%

I noticed this in Crypt of Sul but this probably also happens in Crypt of Decay (TBM)

When my chanter got low on mana and kiss had me start medding the medding never stops because the debuff in Crypt of Sul keeps you at 70% mana (80% in Crypt of Decay).

I just restarted the macro and it wasn't a really big deal since my chanter doesn't normally run out of mana. I'll post my INI when I get home later.
