In order to clean things up, and have people use the correct thread prefix (Problem/Bug), I have created a new isolated prefix grouping for the KissAssist Support sub forum.
You will only have the options of PROBLEM and BUG for your prefix choices.
Too many people were creating tickets with prefixes of QUESTION or REQUEST or other things that had no relevance to the actual problem/bug they were asking support for.
That has now been changed.
