Change the password without the secret question/answer?

I know in the past there have been ways to change the password if you didn't have the secret question, just wondering if anyone had one currently. The problem is I have an account with the current password, it's been passed through 3 people now and no one remembers the secret question/answer. Any help would be appreciated.
