IRL - Chalandria's Fang - useful?

Hey folks, just got that from one of the monthly card packs and I am curious if you would use it on your tank or other melee dps?

I've never done poison as I have never run a Rogue. I'd hate to open it and it be useless but at the same time, can it hurt?

I believe it scales the poison vial that is summoned until it caps at level 100.
Base duration is 2hr, focus-able to 4hr. Has 60 charges, so if you are actively fighting it is likely to be expended within 30min.
You can stockpile them, but it has a 20hr reuse time on summoning the vial.

On my bard (lvl 120), it is 4358 dmg on proc, 19404 on crit.

If you had a Rogue that has skilled up on making poison, you can craft better poisons to hand out to the group.

All that to say; it adds minor damage, keep it for funsies, or sell it off and don't worry about it.
