Problem - Chain Pulling isssues on 9.0.6

I'm having an issue with chain pulling w/ mq2nav and 9.0.6. It works on 8.5.5 fine (Not counting pathing issues with mq2nav)
I think it still has issues without mq2nav, just using moveutils.

Basically, when the mob hits $ChainPullHP, MQ2 says:
Starting melee twist
! @ $ChainPullHP this starts
CastRadius is now set to 200
Checking for Close Range Mobs
CastRadius is now set to 200v ! repeating every .5s until death
CastRadius is now set to 200
CastRadius is now set to 200
CastRadius is now set to 200
CastRadius is now set to 200
CastRadius is now set to 200
etc, etc, etc
until the mob dies. It looks like it is getting stuck in a loop there, which breaks when the mob dies. After the mob dies, it will then pull the next mob. On 8.5.5 the chain pull works fine with the following ini. I just have issues with mq2nav stopping mid pull and losing the path and running off cliffs, or I would keep using 8.5.5.

I have a bit to tag along on this.

First off, I'm running into the exact same thing as the OP, just attributed it to my noobishness when it comes to kiss since I've just found this community like 2-3 days ago. Another thing I've noticed on this is that if there is a mob in camp and it's not at the % for the puller to start assisting occasionally it seems like the puller won't recognize that there is a mob in camp and instead of waiting on the % will instead go ahead and pull another one. Again, not sure if it's on my end or not since I'm new to this but from what I've read on chain pulling and what my bard has set on the parameters, it seems to be a glitch in the code.

Now for my tag along question, and granted this is probably a noobie question. My bard (puller) will see someone in group at a certain % of mana and stop pulls until they're at 90%. I can't seem to find the variable to set this and I think I turned off the mana check components in my ini but obviously since I'm still getting it I haven't. Can someone point me to the right direction there? Also puller won't pull if there is any Rez sickness, where can I set the defines for that?
 
You can turn off groupwatch in the puller's ini, if you want to keep pulling no matter what the groups end/mana are. If you want to change the 90%, you need to edit the KA macro, and change the groupwatchpct (Around line 5590 in KA 9.0.6).

I have found setting Xtar1 as the main tank, helps with assist speeds, may help your puller some. As far as pulling with mobs already on the way, I have not had that problem. Are you using 8.x or 9.x?
 
9.x - essentially what I've noticed is that I have my puller start to pull if the mob in camp is at 25% or under. My puller is set to assist the MA at 98%. So there are occasions where I've noticed that the previous mob dies right when my puller brings a new mob to camp and is waiting for the 98% to assist. My puller essentially recognizes the current mob in camp as dead, the new mob isn't at 98% and my puller thinks there isn't a mob in camp so goes and pulls a 2nd mob when the current mob is at like 99%
 
When trying to find a mob to pull and you already have 1 in camp the following have to be considered and do NOT apply to standard pulling.

First if the MA gets out farther than 75 units from YOUR camp location then puller will not pull.
Next If the mob in camp is a Named then puller will not pull.
Next If there are 2 or more mobs in camp then puller will not pull.
Next If your current targets HP's are still above ChainPullHP then the puller will not pull.
Next If the NEXT mob to be pulled is greater that your pullrange+400 then the puller will not pull.(This one is so you get exp when the mob dies and your not in camp)
Next If you are the agro holder and your holding more than 50 percent of the agro then the puller won't pull. It is always nice when the mobs follow you out of camp.

What I can tell from the above logs, everything is working up to the point when it is deciding one of the above listed considerations.
 
Thanks ctaylor, gives me something to dig in to. I know in that log the next mob to pull was a Named which is skipped since there was a mob, but I have never had a successful chain pull on 9.0.x, with clear mq2melee's and fresh ini's. Let me see if I can verify all of those checks to see if I'm hitting any of them.
 
I am using KA 9 with chain pulling, so I know it works. There are just some special situations you have to consider, when chain pulling is not working the way you think it should.
