What level is the character?

71

The only change on the server end was to enable Mercs (Mercs:AllowMercs to true, set Expansion:CurrentExpansion to 19) - have been (always) using RoF2 client.

Group config (All level 71 with about 700 aa)

SK, SHM, DRU, BRD, RNG, MAG - MAG and SHM have pets

Ranger has Run Buffs disabled, Druid has Group Regen Buff disabled - I have cleared out prior settings and deleted/recloned the current repo. I am using Live (based on operation, I do not see why this would not be correct)

Note: I even took the group to Plane of Sky for a good buff strippin' (just in case I was missing something)- so was not any lingering higher buffs that caused this.

The Shaman is chain-casting Talisman of Celerity and the Druid is chain-casting Flight of Eagles. Here is debug log of the Shammy.

Here is a last tidbit to help—it looks like it has to do with ranks beyond the expansion noted. As can be seen, it is trying to [verify the existence of] 16814 vs. 3185. This is the same issue with the Shammy—it should be [verifying the existence of] Talisman of Celerity with an ID of 3391, but it is attempting (by tagging a rank) to [verify using id] 38062.

Note of clarification: After re-reading this statement, I want to clarify. It is casting the expected spell. The problem seems to be when it is requesting if the target already has the buff is where the issue occurs. I believe the assumption to always add the rank number may be at the heart of the issue.

Yes, this is why I am asking for the precise info that I am. To be clear, dannet is not to blame at all, it is not a "culprit". The GroupBuffCheck that uses dannet is being fed this spell ID by the entry.

Oh, one more thing to check, can you ensure that there are no anomalies in the missing spell list? Like... AAs listed that share the same name as spells.

This is not the first time we have seen odd issues of this nature, hopefully we can get it pinned down. I actually am not sure it is a mercs issue.
