Getting this from time to time while using my chanter.

I am not arguing with a conclusion that I'm not privy to, per se, but since I'm not privy to it, perhaps you can explain.
What indication do you have that this is an issue with RGMercs?

I am not asuming tbh that its rgmers thats the cause its just it only started happening when I moved my main group from Kissassit to RGMercs, is when it started happening and the error points to trying to get a clicky cast timer. I have not added any clickies as of yet to my characters configs.

Well so far since I turned off the chanter BP clicky in the settings it has not happened as of yet.

Perhaps you should share the BP, on the off chance that this is not actually an RGMercs issue?
Edit: Or in case it is, even.

points given for actually using ctrl+c. Points removed for turning it into an unreadable mess and not even being an RG build.

Try it with an RG build and then provide the crash report ID so we can look up the crash report.
