Problem - Can't post new entries in Bazaar

I used to be able to post new listing in the Bazaar but now there is no new post button and at the bottom of the page it says I can't. Did they change the policy and you have to have a full subscription to be able to do this now ?

Can someone please let me know how I can fix this ?

F2p couldn't. But I could on silver. The button was not hidden it would give a chat error

Yes you have to have an active sub to post in Bazaar now.

Confirmed... my Silver account pre-expansion could sell in Bazaar.... post expansion it can not sell in Bazaar =(
