Question - Can I turn off targeting while using clickies?

I'd rather not target myself or my pet when using clickies if possible. Is there a way to do this in the UI that I'm missing and if not could you please direct me to what code I could adjust to remove that functionality?

If you'd like to add implied (i.e, use current or none) targeting as a clicky target type, I'd be open to the PR.

If not... maybe someday?
Edit: That day may be tmrw, who knows. It isn't a bad idea.
