i think it means there is an undefined variable in the event you are calling. i'm not certain though

If you are using MQ2Melee, I would check your Holy/Down shits. That error is not being generated from KISS, you just happen to be running kiss when the error is triggering.

I unloaded mq2melee to verify if that was the case, it still does it with mq2melee unloaded
also it does it for any class trying to turn kiss on

Then you have another plugin trying to run code that is causing the error. That line in kiss will not create an error. That line just flushes all events, it does NOT execute any events.

i had unloaded targets cause the ini was messed up for over there
reloaded plugin
working fine now, ty vm for pointing me in the right direction
kiss does not like to have mq2targets unloaded
