Here's an easy way to get to tricky camp spots in normal, unkeyed zones:
(h/t to eqgeek)

Sign up for two free accounts and roll a magician and a rogue. Name them "Camp" and "Delivery" because that's their #1 job.

Level the mage to 55 (56 or 57 to be safe), Rogue to 63 (with 6 AA) using bonechips revised (or any other bonechip bot.) The mage will take a bit less than two hours, the Rogue will need ~6 to ~7 hours.

Buy Call of the Hero in POK for the mage. Spend the Rogue's AA on Shroud of Stealth. (use "/mac scribe" if you want to get them all tomes/spells) Get them each a cleric mercenary. Have the rogue skillup hide/sneak a bit with Pete's skills.mac.

Run these two clowns to your zone of choice. Suspend all cleric mercs. Make the mage die, and the rogue drag the corpse. (/duel works, but you only have 5 minutes before the corpse rots. EXP death gives you hours).

The rogue's shroud of stealth will keep him invis to nearly every mob. When the rogue reaches your desired camp, unsuspend his cleric merc, and it will rez the mage giving you a nice little CotH bot (with emergency rez to boot.)

Repeat with new mages for all your favorite hunting spots.

I've done this many a times....problem is when I can't remember which mage I left where

The obvious other trick to use is with Wizards and teleport bind. Even with the ease of travel today, some places it's a pain to run to (freaking TDS and it's boats), unless you have a wizard/druid conveniently bound nearby. Wizards get Teleport Bind at 69, which really isn't hard to get to these days (Druids at 74). Use the Primary Anchor port to pick up your group in the guild hall, teleport bind to the convenient spot, camp out.

Keep a spreadsheet with all of your accounts/passwords/bots/locations - useful particularly if you abused the free account heroic claim feature last year.

Let me expand a bit...

Why not use a wiz and teleport to bind? You can't bind at exact camp spots in some cases. Take Plane of Shadow and the uber afk spot... No binding. Can't bind in Arx or Combine Dredge, and for some goofy reason I couldn't bind in Dead Hills the other day...

To level the mage and rogue faster, look up the quest in Lichen Creep. It should get them both close to 52 in about an hour. Then you can bone chip them for a few hours for the rest.

Don't forget that your Mage needs pearls to coh so grab them when you are in PoK getting spells.

Make an account where you will put your mages. I have 3 right now. If you use auto login, keep the acct information per usual but leave the toon name blank. Autologin will do its thing but you will land at the character selection screen. Each mage will tell you what zone he is in over his head.

Afk in Plane of Shadow? Yes please!

Don't forget to use Autoaccept so your mage will auto group with the team.

Excellent point - I didn't even think about it since I've never had a team without a wiz/dru :)

bone chipping a wiz to 70 will take about 8 hours.

Another way might be to use your high level team to wipe that spot clean of see invis mobs then run your 95-100 team to the camp spot?
