Is there a Burn data type or TLO?

I am searching for someway to ID a burn if one is available.

None that I'm aware of. Burns are specific to the utility you're using, and how you're using them.

The only burn you can do is the one set in your INI file. You can do this under the Burn section of the INI file when you fight a named or something. But the details vary from class to class
