Is there any non-prestige gear in the expansion? Group, raid, tradeskill - anything?

Do you have a quote for Ngreth saying that? I've only seen him say everything will be No Drop except FV which, of course, droppable. Here is the only post I have found about Group gear/TS Gear: https://forums.daybreakgames.com/eq/index.php?threads/luck.252240/page-9#post-3715162

He just mentions attuneable and no drop qualities nothing about prestige sadly. I'm not sure if it would be a safe assumption that attuneable = non prestige but maybe.

Bottom sentence Ngreth says that he "already added the chase items" I am assuming he means zone wide rares but maybe he is talking about something else.

Cool, thanks. I'll have to keep checking the databases and see what level req on the gear and what the hp/mp on it is looking like. If it's an upgrade from RoS tradeskill for all my chars that means regearing again -_-

If there’s RoS quality chase items, then I’d be interested in getting the expansion on more toons. The only issue is the zones are locked behind progression, so .... kinda fuck that.

I myself have wondered what stats the chase items will have on them. I think RoS was the first expansion they made chase items 1 x-pac behind in terms of gear level. I too have considered buying more copies of burning lands just for chase loot farming. I can still fetch a krono each for the chase items in RoS/EoK.

Kinda why I was curious about new non prestige gear too, typically non prestige gear devalues most of the previous expansions crap that's prestige.

I mean, none of the RoS chase items were new... it was a copy of the EoK stuff. The value of the items will be higher than the current chase gear because it’ll be the best non-raid stuff again and people will get used to the new paradigm of chase gear being one expansion old.

In the past Lurk, the chase items were always one expansion behind. EoK was the only instance where this was not the case. COTF was a copy of Tier 4 ROF, TDS was a copy of COTF.
