Question - burn section clarifications

couple questions for the burn section:

am i correct in assuming no mob or self hp numbers are required because as soon as you /burn the section will activate?

will every item in the burn section fire before KA returns to dps? i believe i've seen it jump to debuffing, but i assume healing would also be a priority.

if every item doesn't fire because KA decided to heal, or buff, will it then return to the burn section? will it pick up in the same place?

do you need to place dps items in the burn section or will KA return to the combat section after everything in the burn section has been activated? that is, do i need shm epic in the burn as well as shm epic in the dps to be sure it fires?

the burn section will fire each item one after another, no hp label or mob label is needed as it just defaults to mob.

it will go down the list, the hp label will help it sort the list if you desire another order:

burn1=burnskill|90
burn2=burnaa|95
burn3=itemclick|85

that will do it in the order of burn2, burn1, burn3.

it should do all the items in the burn section if conditions are matched, and the skill is ready before returning to dps

once it leaves burn its not comming back till next time you activate burn, so think about that when designing your conditions and cast order.

i believe mezzing and healing takes presedence over burn section and i do not believe it comes back, but then i suppose one could just activate it again.
