Question - Bugginess

Has anyone else experienced bugginess since the last Everquest update? For me something that has been happening a lot is when Im running through a zone and not being chased, my toon will jump backwards like it is being summond, but nothing is around me. That's not the only weird thing but what I can identify happening the most frequently.

Sounds like rubber banding from lag.

Yes this does happen to me sometimes. It also sometimes takes me to a safe spot in the zone when trying to zone. I think its a game glitch because some characters would zone fine and some would be bounced back. Also may take me several times before I am able to zone into a zone
