Question - Buffing while in combat

I read through the wiki and can't find what I am missing. My enchanter often says "cancelling clarity because of agro" which is anytime there is a pull in bound so rebuffing is rarely performed. How do i let the enchanter rebuff in combat?

For short-Buffs I created an entry within the DPS-section. Doing so it is executed even in the middle of battle.
Should work for any type of Buffs.
To avoid chain-casting of the buff you may create a condition which checks if the buff is really missing.
