Question - Buff out of group

I am trying to get my cleric who is out of group to heal and buff members in a group? Any way to set this up?

Kissassist will only buff 1 character out of group, using the XTarget feature.

Ok, i kind of understand its off the extended target window? I searched the forums for xtarget seen a few posts but couldnt make sense of it. How do i know what slot the toon i want buffed is in the xtarget?
I am currently pling a group. I want my cleric (who is out of group) to watch the tank and buff the tank.

On your healer, Target the character you want to heal. Right click one of your XTarget slots and choose Current Target. Now go to your ini file for your healer and set XTarHeal to the slot number you set to your target. The top Xtarget slot would be XTarHeal=1.

Save your ini file and start KA on your healer. I think that's how you do it.
