Redbot and Braniac, appreciate the help.

Attached is the HWiNFO report, labeled OFFICE and a summary of what I gave Braniac, labeled MSCOMM. Braniac asked me about the memory test. I ran the memory test and it detected hardware issues. I bought it from MicroCenter, can take it back if they are not fixable.
