I grew up in Kitsap County, a ferry ride to Seattle. I was huge into the Grunge scene back in the day as I was in Seattle every day visiting the live venues. Bands like:

Green River - Pre Pearl Jam, Mudhoney, Mother Love Bone, and Temple of the Dog members. Solid group, but they moved on to the aforementioned bands.
Screaming Trees
Tad
7 Year Bitch - Girl band.
Mother Love Bone
Soundgarden
Pearl Jam
Alice in Chains
Candlebox - Later in the grunge scene. Hands down, amazing live!

Nirvana - little known fact, they were from Aberdeen. About 2 hours from Seattle, and Cobain was brought up from LA.

Inflatable Soule - Chris Cornell's family. Peter (brother), Katy and Suzy(sisters), and a couple of others. Quite possibly one of the best bands I enjoyed seeing live.

All in all it was a really good time for me before I left for the Marines.

Alice in Chains unplugged was one of the best ever. They were my go to back in the 90s', even edged out Nirvana for me. Though they were a close second.

It's a great song. I have a brother that we don't talk to much. Really touches me. I remember how we used to play poker and were gambling enthusiasts in general. My hobby in this case remained, and recently I read an interesting article on Blazzio casino. Immediately nostalgic feeling for the old days.
