Question - Bixie Ornaments... Anyone know if they still drop ?

As title asks, I haven't ran into anyone that has seemed to loot any of these for months or maybe years. Does anyone know if they still drop and if so, what HA's are still dropping?

I got a few pieces doing bixie warfront missions several months ago. I still see them in bazaar also. They are just incredibly rare.
