Strategy - Best way to strip or debuff mobs?

Non AFK running KA on group members, KA-Manual usually running on while I do the pulling.

Is there an automated way to strip buffs off the mob the group is killing?

(understandably, if there are mezzed mobs in the camp they need to not get de-buffed).
