Question - Best powerleveling?

Hey guys, as I went and bought heroic keys from playersauction the whole ban thing went down. THe codes I got were already cancelled before I was able to apply it seems because they didnt work.

If I am going to level a new group, how long would it take to go from 1-75ish or whenever I can group with a 100? I have a 100 SK I could use for PLing, if anyone has a good PL guide.

Also, is there a way I can play on Phinigel WHILE using MQ2 / KA on other servers on the same comp?

FYI, when the community stops sharing and helping each other it'll die like other MQ-related sites seem to have. I'd encourage you to not hasten that by stifling open dialogue.
