IRL - Best place to level 120-125

Please don't say MQgrind I'm not sold yet. I like to level in the wild. Any old world zones that can help me along?

Old-world zones won't be high enough of a level unless you want to shroud down.

Maiden's eye in ToL is the oldest zone that can work, but Larion Inn was the most effective I found.

Ka Vethan is a great zone to grind and few people ever go there these days. You can set up in a room and grind all day if you want. It's the next best thing to using MQ2grind that I have done.
